I have had my real estate liscence for over 25 years. I have actively worked in real estate full time for over 12 years. Having been involved in both rentals and sales in Boston, Brookline,Brighton and Newton has given me the opportunity to assist people in making one of the biggest decisions of their lives. In many instances clients that have rented from me in the past wind up purchasing their 1st properties.

 I am well liked and respected by landlords and referrals are my greatest gift and their ultimate compliment. Over and over again I am referred by friends of family that I have worked with because I care about about what I am doing. In addition to my professional manner the pride that I take is evident in my action. I treat my clients as I would want to be treated myself.

 Having a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters degree in guidance and psychological services has been a big plus. Believe me there is a lot of psychology in real estate.  Successfully putting buyers and sellers together and negotiating deals that are a win win for all is no accident.

My cell phone is turned on 1st thing in the morning and shut of just before I put my head down on my pillow. The blackberry rings, vibrates and sings through-out the day.
